What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation breathing technique that creates a heightened sense of awareness inwards. This heart centered healing practice opens you up in unexpected ways, allowing you to feel, and release energy so you can just be you. 

 

Breathwork is the practice of conscious rhythmic breathing. Through controlling our breath we can access the connection between our conscious and subconscious minds. This creates a portal to healing ourselves mind, body, and spirit.
